Caught on the cusp of indecision

Things never worked out as I planned.
Yesterday, I intended to do some general stuff, because I thought there wasn’t anything specifically going on.
I was wrong.
I forgot that yesterday was Veterans Day. When I checked the paper, I discovered there were a number of things planned. At first I was inclined to brush them off. But I quickly changed my mind. And I’m glad I did.
After I got busy, I realized that’s what I really wanted to do. And it was a busy day. So busy, in fact, that it was too late for me to make an entry when the day ended.
Today, I attended and recorded the commissioners’ meeting. I should have done more, but it will be enough for now.
I’m going to leave tomorrow open. For some reason, right now, I’m not feeling very ambitious. I don’t want to make promises I don’t intend to keep. So I will end it right here, and hopefully, tomorrow will prove more fruitful than my current intentions.
Until later, then, here’s today’s bad joke.
Question: If two wrongs don’t make a right, what do two rights make?
Answer: An airplane.
